Welcome new CFO, Derek Schlicker

With more than 15 years of enterprise SaaS leadership experience, Derek Schlicker brings deep financial, operational and M&A expertise to Clearbit.

Our CEO Ross Moser says, "I’m delighted to welcome Derek to the team. His experience driving scale and execution in SaaS operations will be a critical asset as Clearbit is accelerating our customer growth across all B2B segments."

Derek’s CFO appointment is the latest of several additions to Clearbit’s executive team since Ross assumed the role of CEO in March. In May, Kevin Tate joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer, and Jeffrey Coleman was appointed Chief Customer Officer in June. The company has grown by more than 50% so far in 2021.

"It’s exciting to be joining a team with such strong momentum, and in a space that’s evolving very quickly,” said Derek about his new role as CFO. “We’re in a market where companies are clearly feeling the pressure to better understand their customers and optimize their go-to-market operations. I see this as a massive opportunity, and we’re already experiencing outsized demand for Clearbit’s platform."

Prior to Clearbit, Derek served as CFO at Quantivate, a SaaS GRC provider to US financial institutions, and VP of Finance at Payscale — where he was instrumental in growing annual revenues 5x to over $100 million and guiding several successful company acquisitions.
