Changes, improvements, and bug fixes

  • Alert: Important Notice Regarding Recent AWS Outage Impact on Compliance-Related Records

    • We want to bring to your attention an important update regarding a recent AWS outage that took place on September 18th-19th, which had an impact on our services. During this outage, there were instances where Clearbit may have failed to receive and mark records from HubSpot Webhooks as Compliance Deleted in our systems. As a result of this outage, there is a possibility that Clearbit could still surface information from records that should have been marked as Compliance Deleted during that specific incident period.

    • To ensure that the Compliance Delete records are accurate and up-to-date in our system, if your organization deleted any HubSpot CRM records for compliance reasons during the outage period we strongly recommend that you provide us with a list of the associated emails and/or domains of these records. This will enable us to confirm that these records are  marked within the Clearbit ecosystem.

    • To submit records, or if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team at security@clearbit.com.

  • Fix: We resolved an error on the payment page for Batch processing.

  • Fix: We fixed a bug that prevented deleting users from the Platform Teams page.

  • Fix: We've fixed an error that led to users receiving email digests with Company records not aligned with their Salesforce Account Owner status.
