This week, we're highlighting two significant internal enhancements aimed at improving your experience with data enrichment:
1. Real-Time Enrichment for New Records:
We understand the importance of swift data delivery for your lead routing workflows. To ensure your data is enriched in real time, we're adjusting our process. Newly created records in Salesforce will now take priority in the initial pipeline stage, while updated records will follow at longer intervals. This change will enhance the speed and efficiency of your lead routing workflows.
2. Streamlined Backfills for Enhanced Performance:
We're taking steps to prevent potential bottlenecks in data processing. To achieve this, we're limiting backfills for the integration objects in each customer’s account (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Companies, etc.) to one per 24 hours. This change will provide our system with the necessary time to completely process the original batch of data, resulting in smoother dynamic updates and backfills for everyone.

Changes, improvements, and bug fixes
Fix: Platform access was intermittently down over the course of several days; we've now mitigated this issue.
Fix: Resolved an issue where Audience alerts were not being delivered.
Fix: Fixed a problem with ad-blockers interfering with the Clearbit tag functionality.
Fix: Addressed Batch processing error messages not being displayed.
Fix: Addressed issues with managing users in the new UI “manage team” page.
