I have spent more than 18 years working as part of customer service and success teams, with the last 13 years dedicated to leading the teams responsible for customer onboarding and implementation. Throughout my career, I have consistently proven my ability to effectively manage and motivate my teams, streamline processes and improve outcomes, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. I have experience working directly with both customers and internal development teams, and I can be counted on to communicate effectively with both audiences. My work has also given me a unique perspective on the product development process, which will benefit any team I am part of. My goal is to continue working with internal teams as well as customers to optimize the onboarding experience ensuring happy customers!
