Providing exceptional support has been a huge part of our culture from day one, which is why the entire team responds to support emails and lives in our Slack support channel.

Today we are expanding our offering by launching our new Support Help Desk.

We love working with customers individually, but in the interest of creating an easily searchable knowledgebase we packaged up the majority of our commonly asked questions to provide you with in-depth answers and tutorials.
